What are the requirements to get my Prepaid call records?

Call Records for Reconciliation Purposes

  1. Phone number should be registered in the claimer’s name.
  2. Written and signed application with email address should be presented by the claimer.
  3. Photocopy of identification card, should be one of the following: passport, drivers’ license or voters ID and National Health Insurance Card.
  4. Call records receivable in 3 working days.

 

Request from the Embassy

  1. Letter from the embassy in question/ request from the embassy for itemised bills.
  2. Phone number should be registered in the claimer’s name.
  3. Written and signed application should be presented by the claimer with an email address.
  4. Photocopy of identification card, be it either passport, drivers’ license, voters ID and /or National Health Insurance Card.
  5. Call records receivable in 3 working days.

 

Police or Criminal Act Request

  1. Any request for itemised bill which involves a criminal act must come from the police station and must bear a court warrant.
  2. Provision of Identification cards from the Police and the BNI with an email address and Police contact number.
  3. Requests from police on behalf of a petitioner can only be collected by the police and not the customer through mail.
  4. Itemisation receivable in 3 working days .

Check your credit balance because if your credit is insufficient, you will be unable to send SMS. Also, check your message memory i.e. inbox, sent items and outbox. If it is full then you will be unable to receive or send SMS. Delete some messages and you should be able to send and receive SMS.

What is LTE
