How do I disconnect/reconnect to my SIM in case of theft?

To disconnect your number, send <activate/deactivate><enter 4 digit self-service pin><number> and send to 1333. Customers must first register to the self-service on 1333 before this option can be used.

I can’t send out/receive SMS. What do I do?

Check your message centre number. Go to Menu > Messages > Message Settings > Select Message Centre Number. Then type +233244500000.

Check your credit balance because if your balance is insufficient, you will be unable to send SMS. Also, check your message memory i.e. inbox, sent items and outbox. If it is full, you will be unable to send and receive SMS. Delete them and you should be able to send and receive SMS.

What is LTE
