- Customers have the flexibility to choose a dedicated speed tailored to their needs. Only one speed can be subscribed to per plan.
- If a customer on a quarterly plan wishes to change the speed, they can opt to cancel their plan and sign up for their desired plan after the 30-day period.
- Customers on unlimited plan cannot be on any other bundle plan (Standard or Flexi). Upon purchase of any bundle plan, the Unlimited bundle will be canceled and replaced with the new offer.
- Customers who report technical issues will have their offer reinstated upon successful validation.
- Customers relocating to a fiber location must request an account freeze to avoid losing their unlimited offer, which will be reactivated once the relocation is successfully completed.
- Customers relocating to a non-fiber coverage area with more than three (3) months remaining on their unlimited plan may request a refund. A one-month advance notice is required to process the request. Once submitted, the account will be suspended.
- Customers are responsible for the safekeeping of any routers or devices provided under this plan. Lost or damaged equipment may attract replacement charges.
- The Unlimited Speed plan is delivered over a shared network and is subject to overall network availability. As such, advertised speeds may vary and may not always be consistently available.
- Unlimited plans are strictly non-transferable and are tied to the original account holder.
- Customers may request an account freeze due to relocation or other valid reasons for a maximum period of one (1) month. After this period, the plan will not be reinstated.
- Technical support is limited to MTN-provided equipment and services. MTN is not liable for issues related to customer-owned devices.

1. What is the MTN Gameworld Leaderboard Competition?
The MTN Gameworld Leaderboard Competition, dubbed the Galactic Dash Challenge, was launched on Monday, 9th June 2025. It is a three-month competition designed to drive fun and excitement while rewarding the most active users. Customers earn points through gameplay, and top scorers on the leaderboard will win exciting weekly and monthly prizes, including airtime, data, MoMo, and smartphones.
2. How do I participate in the competition?
To participate, follow these steps:
- Open the myMTN app and scroll down to Fun and Games
- Tap on the MTN Gameworld banner
- Subscribe to MTN Gameworld at GHC 1.00
- On the MTN Gameworld homepage, click on the Leaderboard/Trophy icon located in the top-right corner
- Join the Galactic Dash Challenge
Your progress will be tracked automatically on the leaderboard.
3. What game do I play in the Galactic Dash Challenge?
The official game featured in the Galactic Dash Challenge is BoBoiBoy Galaxy Run.
4. How does the competition work?
Participants earn points by playing games. The more they play, the more points they accumulate. At the end of each week and month, the top scorers on the leaderboard, respectively, will receive prizes.
5. What prizes can I win in the leaderboard competition?
Winners will receive exciting prizes, including:
- Airtime – Up to GHC 100 airtime weekly
- Data bundles – Up to GHC 100 worth of data weekly

6. How often are prizes awarded?
Prizes are awarded on both a weekly and monthly basis.

- Monthly prizes are based on the total points earned throughout the month, with the top 3 winners selected and awarded in the first week of the following month.
7. How can I track my progress?
You can monitor your current ranking and total points in the Leaderboard section of the gaming platform. This information is updated regularly, allowing you to track your performance against other players.
