Education:
· Minimum of 1st Degree within commercial or technical discipline
Experience:
· 3 years relevant experience in roaming, carrier operations, or related wholesale business
Professional/Technical competencies:
Knowledge of Data Analytics tools (Excel, Power BI)
Working knowledge of Billing systems (Interconnect billing preferred)
Project Management
Stakeholder Management
Effective communication
Experience in Telecom Business function

Responsible for daily operational activities for wholesale national roaming, VAS, Voice and SMS towards achieving wholesale revenue and cost targets.

Key Tasks:
– Establish and maintain partnerships with telecom carriers and service providers.
– Negotiate contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing with carriers as assigned.
– Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations and issue resolution.
– Oversee the provisioning, activation, and deactivation of carrier services.
– Ensure carrier circuits and services meet performance and quality standards.
– Collaborate with engineering teams to manage network capacity and scalability.
– Optimize carrier routes and configurations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
– Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to implement corrective actions.
– Document and track issue resolution to prevent recurrence.
– Maintain accurate records of carrier agreements, pricing sheets, and usage reports.
– Ensure compliance with telecommunications regulations and standards.
– Support audits related to carrier services and operations.
– Monitor carrier expenses and ensure they align with budget constraints.
– Identify cost-saving opportunities through carrier consolidation or renegotiation.
– Provide financial reports and forecasts related to carrier expenditures.
– Work closely with NWG, IT, Regulatory and RAFM teams to meet operational goals.
– Provide support for new product launches requiring carrier integration.
– Communicate carrier-related updates and changes to relevant stakeholders.
