Chief Executive Officer
Prior to taking up the MTN Ghana CEO appointment, Selorm was the CEO of Digicel and based in Haiti, which is Digicel Groups largest market. Prior to that he held the role of Chief Operations Officer (COO) of the same company. He was also the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and Head of Mobile Financial Services (MFS) for Millicom (Tigo) Ghana.
Selorm brings a wide-ranging skillset to his new role with MTN, including experience in the technology industry where he has leveraged technology innovation to drive P&L / EBITDA improvement. His experience spans Africa, Caribbean, Central America, Europe and U.S.A.
He is an alumni of the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
Kobina Sam Bentsi-Enchill
Chief Finance Officer (Ag)
Kobina holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Cape Coast, a membership in the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK (CIMA) and an 18-year career in finance and accounting.
His expertise in the telecommunication business affords him a strategic oversight and leadership in the capacity of Chief Finance Officer of MTN Ghana
Chief Information Officer
Bernard is a seasoned business and IT executive with over two decades of experience in diverse industries across the globe, including at Vodafone Ghana, where he served as CIO for almost 8 years prior to joining MTN.
Bernard’s long and varied experience enables him to contribute to steering MTN’s business strategy,
and ensures that the company’s IT strategies are fully aligned with its ambitions and aspirations.
Brands that have benefitted from Bernard’s expertise over his career to date have included Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs, WestLB AG, Citigroup, Abbey National, UT Holdings, and Mint Global Consulting.
Bernard holds a degree in Computer Science from Kingston University, London and an MBA from Cass Business School, City University, London. He is a Fellow of the British Computer Society, a Chartered IT Professional, as well as a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers.

As CMO of MTN Ghana, Noel lends his core knowledge of the FMCG and telecoms spheres
After 16 impactful years as a senior marketing officer in the FMCG and telecoms worlds, Noel’s impact and influence as Chief Marketing Officer is evident in the transformation of the MTN brand.
Noel holds a Masters in Business Administration and is a Chartered Marketer from the Chartered Institute of Marketing UK.
Customer Relations Executive
As the Customer Relations head of MTN Ghana, Jemima’s strategic leadership and passion to put customers forward has seen the brand be a 4-time best customer service organization in the telecom industry in Ghana.
With a Master’s of Arts in Human Resource Development and Consulting from the Management School, Lancaster University, UK, and a Master‘s certificate in Project Management from the George Washington University, USA, and over 15 years experience in customer service, Jemima goes beyond to ensure that everyone feels it when we say We Dey 4 U.
Corporate Services Executive
Samuel is an expert in regulatory, compliance and government affairs with over 30 years’ post qualification experience as a lawyer. Samuel brings on board invaluable strategic input for the development of a robust regulatory and compliance culture that eliminates the brand’s exposure to risk and sanctions.
Samuel, an executive director of the MTN Ghana Foundation obtained his Bachelor of Law Degree (LLB) from the University of Ghana in 1986 and was called to the Ghana Bar in 1988.
Chief Technical Officer
With over 17 years’ experience across MTN Zambia, Iran, Cameroon, and Nigeria asa technical engineer, Thomas stays ahead of the curve, managing the best network in Ghana and implementing the best in technology to ensure stability for the brand.
Thomas’ work include very significant achievements like building capacity to support 50 million subscribers, and HLR capacity to support 80 million subscribers.
Thomas’ work also ensured the achievement of full integration of MSC Blade Cluster and high-density BSC in Yaounde.
General Manager , Enterprise & Wholesale Business
Sam Addo, the General Manager of the Sales and Distribution Division of MTN Ghana is the driving force behind MTN‘s Enterprise Business Unit (B2B) comprising MNC, Corporate Business, Government and Public Sector, and SMEs. He’s also responsible for MTN’s Wholesale efforts including Carrier Wholesale – Fixed and Mobile.
Sam holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Biological Sciences from the University of Ghana and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing UK.
General Manager - Capital Projects
William has contributed 19 valuable years to the telecom ecosystem and its evolving technologies. In this time, he has committed to the commercialization of technology and shaped the deployment of MTN Ghana’s Capital Projects.
William holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Science and Technology, an MBA in Project Management from the University of Ghana, an MSc in Telecommunication Engineering from the Ghana Telecom University College and an Executive Education from Columbia University, USA. William is an alum of the prestigious MTN Global Advancement Program.
General Manager, Mobile Financial Services
Eli is a seasoned Chartered Marketer with over 18 years’ experience who’s held leadership positions in Unilever Ghana Limited and Coca- Cola Bottling Company Limited, making him no stranger to the terrain of fast moving consumer goods.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and a professional post-graduate diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK.
General Manager, Risk and Compliance
Nzuzi is seasoned, result-oriented and passionate. Over 25years’ experience in operations and management across Africa makes Nzuzi a risk and compliance asset for the MTN brand.
Nzuzi’s illustrious career has led him through Guinea-Conakry, South Africa (MTN Group), amongst seven other francophone countries.
Nzuzi completed a general management programme (GMP) at the Witwatersrand Business School in South Africa and also holds multiple certifications in Governance, Risk and Compliance and is a certified member of Institute of Risk Management (IRM). Nzuzi serves on the board of MobileMoney Limited.
Human Resources Executive
MTN Ghana has been awarded several HR accolades including the prestigious Gold Investors In People (IIP) accreditation, the Investors in People Global Gold Award, recognition as the best organization in HR best practice in Ghana consecutively and a company culture that exceeds Ghana, West Africa and global best practice norms in consecutive independent assessments.
Amma holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Ghana, a Master’s in Business Administration from the William Morris Business School, Coventry University, a Post-graduate qualification in Strategic Management from the Columbia Executive Education Program and a PMP Associate. She is also an alum of the MTN Global Advancement Program and a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Eric has held several senior management positions in note-worthy brands including Heineken International, British American Tobacco, KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Since joining MTN Ghana in September 2011, Eric’s strategic insights and dedication has shaped the Sales and Distribution division.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Chemical Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi and a Master’s in Business Administration (Management Information Systems Option) from Vrije Universiteit Brussel, Brussels, Belgium.
