How does it Work?

1. Q: Has the Fibre Broadband data bundle packages changed?

A: Yes, Effective January 4, 2022, the prices of data bundles have been reviewed upwards. Please refer to the table below (#7 & #9) for the new prices. Customers will however enjoy 50% bonus for the first 3 months (January – March 2022) on every data purchase and 25% on the next 3 months (April -June 2022) purchases.

2. Q: What is the reason for changing the prices?

A: This is meant to align with market rates.

3. Q: Will the change affect my current data?

A: No, your current data will remain untouched, any new data purchased will be added to the accumulated data.

4. Q: Will the price change affect the FBB installation cost?

A: No. The cost of installation will still be the same – GHS150

5. Q: Will I be able to purchase my preferred data bundle?

A: Yes, we have flexi bundles that allow you to purchase any amount of your choice.

6. Q: What is a flexi bundle?

A: Any bundle of your choice that can be purchased within a specific range for both TurboNet & Fibre Broadband.
