Speed-based Unlimited Bundle T&Cs

  1. This offer is exclusively available to Home and Business prepaid customers.
  2. Customers who purchase the Quarterly, Semiannual(180) and Annual (365) plan will pay a one-off fee for the package selected
  3. All Fiber Unlimited bundles are valid based on the selected plan and can be renewed upon expiry.
  4. Customers may cancel their subscription at any time; however, doing so will result in the loss of the current offer
  5. Customers are not entitled to a refund if the offer has been used for more than 72 hours without any technical issues reported.
  6. Customers who purchase a plan can enjoy up to a 10% discount on their monthly spend.
  7. Customers have the flexibility to choose a dedicated speed tailored to their needs. Only one speed can be subscribed to per plan.
  8. If a customer on a quarterly plan wishes to change the speed, they can opt to cancel their plan and sign up for their desired plan after the 30-day period.
  9. Customers on unlimited plan cannot be on any other bundle plan (Standard or Flexi). Upon purchase of any bundle plan, the Unlimited bundle will be canceled and replaced with the new offer.
  10. Customers who report technical issues will have their offer reinstated upon successful validation.
  11. Customers relocating to a fiber location must request an account freeze to avoid losing their unlimited offer, which will be reactivated once the relocation is successfully completed.
  12. Customers relocating to a non-fiber coverage area with more than three (3) months remaining on their unlimited plan may request a refund. A one-month advance notice is required to process the request. Once submitted, the account will be suspended.
  13. Customers are responsible for the safekeeping of any routers or devices provided under this plan. Lost or damaged equipment may attract replacement charges.
  14. The Unlimited Speed plan is delivered over a shared network and is subject to overall network availability. As such, advertised speeds may vary and may not always be consistently available.
  15. Unlimited plans are strictly non-transferable and are tied to the original account holder.
  16. Customers may request an account freeze due to relocation or other valid reasons for a maximum period of one (1) month. After this period, the plan will not be reinstated.
  17. Technical support is limited to MTN-provided equipment and services. MTN is not liable for issues related to customer-owned devices.
  18. MTN reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified in advance of any significant changes.
