A lawyer by profession with over 36 years post qualification experience in general law practice, 15 years of which has been in the ICT and Telecommunication industry. Samuel joined MTN Ghana in July 2013 as a lead Specialist in Telecommunications regulatory and government affairs. In January 2022 he retired as Chief Corporate Service Officer. Samuel then and worked as Regulatory and government affairs consultant for MTN Ghana advising on key regulatory issues, government relations and policy advocacy to ensure business promotion, licence and reputation management till December 2024.
Samuel is currently an Independent Consultant on Telecommunications Regulatory, Public Policy and government relations and affairs.
He obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from the University of Ghana in 1986 and was called to the Ghana Bar in 1988.
