1. Introduction

The “Free P2P and P2M Transactions” promotion offered by MobileMoney LTD (MML). The promotion allows subscribers to enjoy free Peer-to-Peer (P2P) and Peer-to-Merchant (P2M) transactions through the new MyMoMo App for a limited time. By participating in this promotion, users agree to abide by the terms and conditions detailed below.

2. Eligibility & Exclusions

· Eligible Profiles: This promotion is open to all subscriber profiles. No prior registration or special qualifications are required to participate.

· Eligible Transactions: Only P2P and P2M transactions performed via the new MyMoMo App are eligible for this promotion.

· Exclusions: Transactions performed outside the new MyMoMo App or those not categorized as P2P or P2M will not be eligible for the free transaction offer. Additionally, any fraudulent or suspicious activity may result in disqualification from the promotion. Transactions between Subscriber and Agent are excluded, regardless of whether they are performed through the MyMoMo app or the USSD channel.

3. Duration

The promotion will run from August 17th to August 31st, 2024. All eligible transactions within this period will qualify for the free transaction offer. The promotion will automatically expire at 11:59 PM on August 31st, 2024, and standard transaction fees will resume thereafter.

4. Rewards

· Free Transactions: During the promotion period, all eligible P2P and P2M transactions made via the new MyMoMo App will be free of charge. There is no cap on the number of transactions that can be made within the promotional period.

· No Monetary Rewards: This promotion does not offer any cash rewards, discounts, or credits beyond the waiver of transaction fees.

5. Terms

· E- Ley Charges are still applicable.

· MML shall not be liable where a force majeure event results in the annulment, postponement, shortening, extension or amendment of the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion.

· MML reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time during the duration of the Promotion, and the Terms and Conditions as amended will be posted on MML’s website.

6. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The applicable law of these terms and conditions shall be the laws of Ghana and the courts of Ghana shall have jurisdiction in any matter(s) arising herein.
