MoMo Fantasy Premier League Terms and Conditions

1. Organizer

The Competition is organized by MobileMoney LTD, a company incorporated and operating under the laws of Ghana, (the “Organizer” or “MML”) subject to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

Participation in the MoMo Fantasy Premier League (“Competition”) is free and open to all individuals of 18 years and above except MML or Scancom staff.

Register and setup your Fantasy Premier League team using the official game platform.

Entry to the competition will close on 31January2026.

3. Competition Period

The Competition will run throughout the 2025/2026 English Premier League football season – September to May (or as communicated)

4. Potential Prizes & Rewards

4.1. Grand Prize: The overall winner of the MoMo FPL at the end of the season will receive a brand-new PlayStation5 and GHS 10,000.

4.2 Monthly Rewards: Top-performing managers each month will receive cash rewards.

4.3 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives unless otherwise stated.

5. Winner Announcements

5.1 All winners will be officially announced on MoMo social media pages (@momofrommtngh).

5.2 Winners maybe required to provide identification and proof of eligibility before receiving prizes.

5.3 Verification checks will be carried out before payment.

6. Data Protection

6.1 The Organizer is the data controller of Participants’ personal data, in the meaning of the Data Protection Act,2012(Act 843) and all its related regulations and amendments (the “Act”).

6.2 By entering the Competition, Participants consent to the processing of their personal data as reasonably necessary for the effective administration of the Competition in accordance with the Act.

7. General Conditions

7.1 By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Terms &Conditions.

7.2 The Organizer reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or cancel the Competition or its rewards at any time without prior notice.

7.3 Any amendments of these Terms and Conditions will be issued by the Organizer in writing and instantly thereafter will be posted on the Organizer’s Website.

7.4 Where required by law, the cash rewards maybe subject to taxes.

7.5 Any form of cheating, fraudulent activity, or violation of the official Fantasy Premier League rules will result in disqualification.

7.6 The Competition and these Terms and Conditions is governed by and shall be construed under the laws of Ghana.

8. Exclusion of Liability

8.1 The Organizer’s liability only encompasses giving away the Prizes to the confirmed and verified prize winners and it does not include any
obligations on account of physical or legal defects arising in the prizes.

8.2 The Organizer bears no liability whatsoever to any Participant or other person that takes part in the Promotion in violation of the applicable
law, contractual obligations or provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

8.3 The Organizer will not be responsible for technical issues, system errors, or circumstances beyond their control that may affect
participation or prize delivery.
