MTN Callertunez customer loyalty promotion Terms and Conditions
1. Description/Introduction
1.1 The campaign is a point-based promo where customers accumulate points after subscribing to the service, purchasing a tone, gifting a tone, renewing a tone, and copying a tone. Daily, weekly and monthly selected winners will be rewarded with MTN data and MobileMoney (MoMo).
1.2 These terms and conditions apply to the MTN Callertunez Customer Loyalty Promotion offered to eligible MTN Ghana customers (Customers) (hereinafter referred to as the “MTN CallerTunez Customer Loyalty Promotion/Promotion”).
2. General Information
2.1 The MTN Callertunez Customer Loyalty Promotion is available in Ghana.
2.2 The MTN Callertunez Customer Loyalty Promotion is associated with: (i) CRBT USSD subscription, *1355# for GH₵ 0.70 for 30 days. (ii) IVR subscription, dial 1355 to subscribe for GH₵ 0.70 for 30 days. (iii) SMS Subscription, text “song code” to 1355 to subscribe for GH₵ 0.70 for 30 days. (iv) Subscription via the web portal https://callertunez.mtn.com.gh. (v) Press any two keys copy when calling any CRBT user to copy tone.
2.3 The above-mentioned CRBT subscriptions do not have a free CRBT Service trial however, one is able to listen to the song before purchase on the CRBT web portal.
2.4 Subscription through one option enables the user to access the campaign through all other channels.
3. The MTN Callertunez Customer Loyalty Promotion Eligibility
3.1. The MTN Callertunez Customer Loyalty Promotion is available to Customers who must be 18 years or above on MTN Ghana’s network and accessible via the web portal, USSD, IVR and SMS.
3.2 Using a point-based mechanism, Customers will accumulate points by subscribing, purchasing tones, renewing tones, copying tones, and gifting tones to others.
3.3 Customers who subscribe will gain fifty (50) points and twenty (20) points for the other actions stated in clause 3.2.
3.4 Customers can send “Points” to 1355 to check their point balance.
3.5 The MTN Callertunez Customer Loyalty Promotion will run for a period to be determined by MTN.
3.6 Winners of the MTN Callertunez Customer Loyalty Promotion shall be contacted by MTN authorised personnel via 0244300000 ONLY and would have to show proof of identification before the prize is awarded.
3.7 MTN shall not be responsible for the transportation and accommodation of winner’s that reside outside Accra.
4. Miscellaneous
4.1. MTN reserves the right at any time and for any reason to amend or revise these terms and conditions will notify customers once such amendment is done. Any amendment or variation of these terms and conditions shall be available to the Customer via (https:// callertunez.mtm.com.gh).
4.2 By participating in the MTN Callertunez Customer Loyalty Promotion, you shall be deemed to have accepted these and any varied terms and condition which shall be posted.
4.3 MTN provides the Promo on an “as is” and “as available” basis, in the hope that you find it useful. MTN does not warrant that the Promo will be free of errors, faults or interruptions and we shall not be liable to you in connection with (but not limited to):
- any cause beyond our reasonable control;
- any failure or delay in the use of or inability to use any component of the service;
- any loss, claim or damage including loss or corruption of data howsoever arising.
4.4 For customer service issues relating to the MTN Callertunez Customer Loyalty Promotion, Customers should contact MTN customer services by dialing 100.
5. Abuse and Disqualification
MTN reserves the right to disqualify a customer when it is proven that the customer used fraudulent means to participate in the Promo.
6. Personal Data Protection
6.1 By participating in the Promotion, the Customer expressly agrees that personal data which they supply shall be processed by MTN for the purpose of executing the Promotion and also for the purpose of publicizing the Promotion and MTN. It is hereby specified that MTN guarantees that publicity, entailing the sharing with third parties of personal data supplied as a result of participation in the Promotion, (including through television, the press, leaflets and other means and format of communication) shall be made only with respect to the winners of the prizes and will only indicate the given names and surnames of the winners, their images and voices, made for the sole purpose of publicity connected to the Promotion). Participation in the Promotion shall be deemed as winners express consent for the use of this data in the manner herein defined.
6.2 Notwithstanding the above, personal data of the winning participants will be retained by MTN in accordance with the law.
6.3 MTN respects the privacy of Participants in this Promotion and accordingly personal data collected during this promo will be treated as private and confidential and in accordance with Data Protection laws of Ghana.
7. Applicable law and jurisdiction
7.1 The applicable law of these terms and conditions shall be the laws of Ghana and the courts of Ghana shall have jurisdiction in any matter(s) arising herein.
7.2 These Terms & Conditions are valid during the Promotion Period until amended or suspended by MTN.
