Organizer

MTN Ghana, a company incorporated and operating under the laws of Ghana, (the “Organizer” or “MTN Ghana”) subject to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility
1.1. Participation is open only to individuals who are 18 years and above.
1.2. MTN employees, vendors, agents, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

2. Contest Participation
2.1. By taking part in any MTN Ghana social media contest, participants agree to comply with all rules communicated in the contest announcement.
2.2. MTN Ghana reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and may disqualify any entrant who violates these Terms & Conditions or engages in fraudulent activity.

3. Winner Selection and Notification
3.1. Winners will be selected based on the criteria specified for the particular contest.
3.2. MTN Ghana will contact winners through the official MTN Ghana social media accounts or other official communication channels.
3.3. Winning Subscriber will be contacted up to five (5) times within a one (1) week period. If the Winner cannot be reached after these attempts, the prize will be awarded to the next highest-ranked Subscriber.

4. Prize Claim Period
4.1. Winners must claim their prize within one (1) month from the date of notification. Failure to claim the prize within this period will result in forfeiture of the prize, and MTN reserves the right to deal with the unclaimed prize as it deems fit.
4.2. MTN reserves the right to verify the identity of all winners before prizes are awarded. Winners must be validly registered Subscribers with valid ID details associated with their SIM.
4.3. MTN Ghana reserves the right to award the forfeited prize to another participant or withdraw it entirely.

5. Prize Conditions
5.1. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other products/services of MTN.
5.2. MTN Ghana may substitute a prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control require it.

7. Personal Data Protection
7.1. By participating in our social media promo, Subscribers agree that their personal data may be collected and used by MTN for the purposes of managing the promotion, contacting winners, and for promotional activities.
7.2. All personal data collected during this promo will be treated as private and confidential and in accordance with the Data Protection laws of Ghana.

7.3 By participating in the Promotion, winners agree to MTN’s use of their name, image, likeness, and/or any other relevant information for promotional, publicity, and marketing purposes related to the Promotion, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. Changes
8.1. MTN reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
8.2. Any material changes will be communicated via the MTN website.

8.3. Continued participation in the promotion after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

8.4. The promotion is provided “as is” and “as available”, and MTN makes no warranties regarding its operation, reliability, or error-free nature.

9. Modification or Termination
9.1. MTN reserves the right to disqualify any Subscriber found to have participated using fraudulent means or to have tampered with the promotion mechanics.

10. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
10.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ghana, and any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
