Transact & Win Promo

Introduction

The transact & win promotion offered by MobileMoney LTD (MML) rewards subscribers with the highest transaction volume and value each week with a cash prize of Ghs1500. A total of 150 subscribers will be rewarded over the course of the promotion. By participating in this promotion, users agree to the terms and conditions described below.

2. Eligibility & Exclusions

• Eligible Profiles: All subscriber profiles are eligible to participate in this promotion.
• Eligible Transactions: All types of transactions performed via the MyMoMo App qualify for this promotion.
• Exclusions: Transactions performed outside the new MyMoMo App or any fraudulent activities will result in exclusion from the promotion.

3. Duration

The promotion will run from August 16th to November 30th, 2024. Each week during this period, subscribers with the highest transaction volume and value will be selected as winners. The final week of the promotion will have an increased number of winners.

4. Rewards

• Weekly Selection: Each week, the 12 subscribers with the highest combined volume and value of transactions will each receive a reward of Ghs1500. In the final week of the promotion (week 12), 18 subscribers will be rewarded.
• Weighting: The selection of winners will be based on a 50/50 weighting of both the volume and value of their transactions.
• Total Winners: A total of 150 subscribers will be rewarded throughout the promotion, with 12 winners selected each week for the first 11 weeks and 18 winners in the final week.
• Disbursement: Rewards will be credited directly to the winners’ MoMo accounts shortly after the conclusion of each weekly evaluation period.
• Terms

• Non-Transferability: Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other products or services.
• Verification: MML reserves the right to verify the eligibility and transaction activity of all winners. Any detected fraudulent activity will result in disqualification from the promotion.
• Amendments: MML reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion and its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on official channels.
• Disputes: In case of disputes arising from this promotion, the decision of MML will be final and binding.
• Liability: MML shall not be liable where a force majeure event results in the annulment, postponement, shortening, extension or amendment of the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion.
• MML reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time during the duration of the Promotion, and the Terms and Conditions as amended will be posted on MML’s website.

6.  APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The applicable law of these terms and conditions shall be the laws of Ghana and the courts of Ghana shall have jurisdiction in any matter(s) arising herein.
